  • Worked with the Strategic Brand Development party at Somerfield on consultancy and strategic level
  • Worked with store architects and designers to develop unique tone of voice for different catchment types
  • Created the Market Fresh tone of voice, visual cues and all marketing communication in store and externally.
  The Outcome
  • 98% awareness in catchment following our campaigns
  • Sales uplifts of up to 230% as new customers explore the Somerfield brand and existing customer bases were maintained.
  • Market Fresh in store environment and communication won retail awards and is being extended to 60 more stores nationwide.
